The basis of Knowles Musculorehab Technique™ is to learn how to treat muscles in their plane of action. This course teaches how to merge passive range of motion with your massage techniques. There will be a review of kinesiology, basic anatomy and endangerment sites. This technique helps in breaking apart adhesion and scar tissue that limit muscle flexibility and length. By including ROM with treatment you will be able to use less pressure and still achieve the desired results.
Craig Knowles has been a massage therapist since 1996, and was Nationally Certified in 2000. In 2014, Mr Knowles met the qualifications and attained his Board Certification from NCBTMB. In addition to having an active massage practice since 1996, Knowles has been teaching massage students since 2000. He has held many volunteer positions within AMTA and the NCBTMB and is currently the Chair of the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy.
